EPC & Project Delivery
We build. From detailed engineering to handover, we carry overall responsibility for the project — technical scope, schedule and interfaces included.
Overall responsibility, not advice
We operate in EPC and EPCC mode: engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. The exact scope is contracted project by project, with one rule — grey areas are settled before signature, not during the works.
Our industrial inspection practice is not separate from our EPC activity. It is what allows us to produce, on an energy project, the level of traceability an international lender expects.
Engineering → Procurement → Construction → Commissioning → Handover
Engineering
Basic and detailed engineering, calculation notes, construction drawings, procurement specifications.
Procurement
Tendering, supplier qualification, manufacturing surveillance, logistics and customs clearance.
Construction
Works, package coordination, QHSE management, interface and change control.
Commissioning
Testing, commissioning, operator training, documentation handover.
Handover
Inspection plan, punch list clearance, as-built dossier, performance guarantees.
What we build
Photovoltaic plants
Ground-mounted, rooftop or carport. From sizing to handover, with an inspection plan and a full conformity dossier.
Hybrid systems
Solar, storage, gensets and grid. The most economic configuration is almost always hybrid, not exclusive.
BESS
Battery storage systems: specification, integration, safety, thermal management and commissioning.
Substations and power lines
Transformer substations, transmission and distribution lines, industrial connections.
Thermal generation
Decentralised generation solutions and independent power project structuring.
Process installations
Mechanical and fluid packages, pressure equipment, integration on operating industrial sites.
What makes a project financeable
Bankability is not declared in a brochure. It is built from verifiable elements.
Simulation model, reference weather data, itemised losses, associated probability level.
What is included, what is not, and what remains the client's responsibility.
Procurement, port logistics, customs clearance and permitting — rarely the erection itself.
Performance, equipment, construction: duration, trigger and cap for each.
An honest risk register, with a mitigation measure and a named owner for each item.
An operations and maintenance plan with lifetime costs, and a trained operator.
A project to structure or deliver?
We instruct the early phases before committing to a price.
